  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THIS SOFTWARE

  6. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
  7. between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the
  8. mentioned author of this Software for the software product
  9. identified above, which includes computer software and may
  10. include associated media, printed materials, and "online"
  11. or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
  12. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT,
  13. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  14. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the
  15. SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may, however, return it to your place
  16. of purchase for a full refund.

  18. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  19. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  20. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  21. treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  23. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  24. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  25. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  27. Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute an
  28. unlimited number of copies of the UNREGISTERED SOFTWARE PRODUCT;
  29. provided that each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including
  30. all copyright and trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy
  31. of this EULA. Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be distributed as a
  32. standalone product or included with your own product.

  34. Registration keys are NOT to be distributed.

  36. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  38. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  39. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  40. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  41. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  43. Separation of Components.
  44. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  45. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.
  46.  
  47. Software Transfer.
  48. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  49. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.
  50.  
  51. Termination.
  52. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  53. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  54. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  55. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

  57. Distribution.
  58. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be sold or be included in a product or
  59. package which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of
  60. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be included in any
  61. free or non-profit packages or products.

  63. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  64. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  65. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  66. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the
  67. SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  68. copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this
  69. Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws
  70. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  71. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except
  72. that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer
  73. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  74. purposes.

  78. Should you have any questions concerning this EULA, or if you desire
  79. to contact the author of this Software for any reason, please contact
  80. him at the email address mentioned at the top of this EULA or
  81. write to his address (also mentioned at the top).

  83. LIMITED WARRANTY

  85. NO WARRANTIES.
  86. The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for
  87. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related
  88. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  89. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  90. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  91. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  92. or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  93.  
  94. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  95. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  96. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  97. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  98. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  99. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  100. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  101. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  102. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  103. the above limitation may not apply to you.
